Find an Existing Account
If you have worked with NH-DI before, we likely have an account
for you that we'd like to update. This permits us to keep our records current.
At this point, provide us with some data so we can try to find your account. You don't need to fill in all the fields below; just some that will help us locate you. Here are a couple of points to
keep in mind when providing data:
- Data can be upper case, lower case or mixed case. The search is case insensitive.
- If any of this data might have changed recently, use the data we are likely to have. You will have an opportunity
to update the data after you successfully log in..
- If your first search does not locate your account, try something more general such as only your last name.
Maybe we have an error in spelling your first name.
- Drop the area code for NH phone numbers
