Meet Kayleigh, Hayden, Cara, Hayley, Dillion, Ashley and Kaleigh of Sandown Central School! What's the most important part of Destination ImagiNation? This team answers in one voice: "To have fun!" The team remembers the NH-DI 'I see "I.C.'
"We went to the instant challenge program in Hampstead run by Mrs. Chase and had lots of fun and leaned about instant challenges".
GLOBALS UPDATE --
Starting with song, the Sandown Central School presented a skit about what everyone arguably wants the most…MONEY! Dressed up as pieces of money, the skit took place both inside and out of a money machine.

Creatively, team members popped in and out of the machine as money being pushed in. First money, then a peso, then a rupee, the team used their own machine to transport and sort money. In a crisis, the machine is shaken, as a bratty young boy wants a gumball! When ‘Bill’ is put into the machine, the other pieces of money have to deal with differences.
Sandown Central School did a fantastic job presenting their skit. It was funny and very creative, and the packed crowd of spectators was kept busy watching. The team was very mature for their years, as they presented a lesson in morals as well, telling the audience to accept differences. “Ooo, ahh, hey, wow, gee that’s special, VERY special!!!!!!!!” |
