Despite falling snow, over 1,000 of the State's most creative kids came to the two NH-DI Creativity Regionals held this week. Below are the standings and special awards .

Special Awards

The DaVincI Award: For Outstanding Creativity

Alton Central School, SerenDIpity team, for creating a puppet to play an instrumental and highly creative role in place of absent team members.

New Searles Elementary School, DIzzy Derby team, for the development of an extraordinarily creative device used in performance.

The Renaissance Award For outstanding Design, Engineering, Execution, Performance

Wentworth Elementary, Live! It's RaDIo DI! Team. This particular team went above and beyond in research engineering and designing of a device to create an exceptional series of sound effects.

Hollis Elementary School, DIzzy Derby team, for an extremely well-designed and polished series of performances highly integrated with a well engineered device resulting in outstanding execution.

Spirit of Discovery and Imagination Award (Spirit of DI Award):
For outstanding Spirit, Teamwork, Volunteerism, Sportsmanship

Pelham Elementary School, DIsigning Bridges team. Despite their structure not meeting specifications, this team showed great enthusiasm and joy during their performance, and had an outstanding time stress testing their structure, which held a considerable weight.

Alton Central School, Live! It's RaDIo DI! Team. Presented by the Appraisers for exemplifying great teamwork while taking on the roles of several absent team members. The Appraisers were extremely impressed with their spirit and determination.
