Appleton Elementary Live! It's RaDIo DI! team 130-32109-3, Elementary Level. The team incorporated a “rotating scenery” prop into their “Live it’s Radio DI” broadcast to create a realistic effect. The Renaissance Award For outstanding Design, Engineering, Execution, Performance

Appleton Elementary School, DIzzy Derby team 130-32109-1, Elementary Level. The appraisers felt this team created a skit that uniquely integrated the requirements of the challenge. Their setting was innovative ; The scenery was beautifully painted complete with a sparkling, functional details. The effort in design, engineering and execution put forth by this team was evident and deserving of a Renaissance.

Jaffrey-Rindge Middle School, Live! It's RaDIo DI! team 130-80606-2, Middle Level. This team combined deceptively simple elements into an extraordinarily creative machine that created a sound which set the scene perfectly for the execution of the story!

Mt. Pleasant School, Live! It's RaDIo DI! team 130-98078-1, Elementary Level. This team did an outstanding job performing through the radio. (No further details can be shared as it comprises the team's solution).

For outstanding Spirit, Teamwork, Volunteerism, Sportsmanship

Marlborough School, DIzzy Derby Team 130-66138-1, Middle Level. The Marlborough School team was always smiling and focused. They presented themselves as a very cohesive team. There were excellent role models, especially for a middle school group. When a vehicle issue emerged, the team shifted their attention and became very responsive to the issue at hand. They demonstrated very self-less team centric spirit. When one half of the team was performing the hula-hoop dance, the other half was cheering them on.
