Welcome one of two teams from Mascoma Valley Regional High School! (The other is the DIrect Flight team) . Meet Colleen, Amy, Katja, Andrew, Brian, Jordon and Chantal representing Enfield , Canaan, and Grafton!

The best part about going to d2k.7 Global Finals for this team is getting to spend more time with each other. Going with another team from the school makes it even sweeter for the team.

There was a lot to get through this year. "Changing and making the tech device to work all the time was hard; [Using] no electricity was hard and different", according to Andrew and Jordon. The Challenge calls for a technical device, but without using electricity.

Brian's challenges were more with silverware (you have to see it to understand it - and be impressed by it). " Bending the silverware was hard because they broke, if I wasn't careful". For Colleen,"the most challenging part for me was trying to make a super hero costume without a pattern, I had to measure a lot and re-do and re-do".

They put it together, advanced through Regional and State competitions and are now heading to Destination ImagiNation Global Finals!

They are now looking forward to seeing how some of the other teams from around the world have solved the same challenge, that incorporates theatre arts (in the round), play writing, set and prop creation and development, technical innovation and design process.

It was a great welcome for the New Hampshire team, who really built on the "theatre in the round" aspect of the challenge.

The performance began with three bandits discussing how they need to get more silverware to complete their silverware statue to Wynona Ryder. Meanwhile, Mostly Famous Quotes Man has placed an engagement ring in a cake for his girlfriend (Indigo). But when the bandits steal the silverware for the sculpture, Mostly Famous Quotes Man has to chase after them so that he can finish proposing to Indigo. Finally, they come to an agreement and Mostly Famous Quotes Man is able to propose. All the while, the narrators have no idea what's going on.

The program with stunning props, well delivered lines and impeccable timing resulted in another memorable Team New Hampshire performance - and a trip of a lifetime for these team members!
