Here we go! 991 Teams. Every color of the rainbow. WE R DI! The weather was warm and a bit humid today, and clouds started rolling in about 4 PM. This helped dampen the sun and kick up a breeze that made opening ceremony outstanding!

NHICC the gNHome helps lead the New Hampshire teams in the Parade of Affiliates. Each team
had one member representing them in the Parade.

Jill Schoonmaker, the NH-DI Affiliate Director had the honor of calling each team from each

affiliate around the world!

Bob Purifico, President of Destination ImagiNation welcomed the teams as the international

non-profit organization officially kicked off it's 25th year of helping kids be creative. For the record,
NH-DI is going into year 27!

Nothing is better at Global Finals than the fireworks and laser show. Normally held inside the 24,000+ seat Thompson-Boling arena, now undergoing upgrades, the 104,079 seat Neyland Stadium allowed for a whole type of new show with two Jumbotrons, supported by the massive Jumbotron across the stadium!
